Nbody problems, molecular dynamics, collisionless systems

Discretization of partial differential equations

Finite element and finite volume methods

Adaptive mesh refinement and multigrid methods

Matrix solvers and FFT methods

Monte Carlo methods, Markov chains, applications in statistical physics
