Masters Seminar: Observational and Numerical Elements of Galaxy Evolution.  Topics include large scale structure, dark matter haloes, and the stellar, gaseous and chemical evolution of galaxies over cosmic time. We aim to cover all topics from both an observational and theoretical perspective. Students will prepare and present a 45 minute talk on an assigned topic and prepare a 10 page report. Through group feedback, a key goal of this course is to provide participants the opportunity to practice and improve on their presentation skills in a constructive learning environment. In the advent of restrictions on in-person meetings, we aim to organize the course online over video (Zoom).

Course organization will be done through the e-learning environment. An enrollment key will be sent to all enrolled participants by email.

If enrollment is full but you would like to attend, please contact the course organizers to be placed on the wait list.
