Where are the groups i should be member of?

You expect to see the groups that you have registered for in PhUe.

To mkae this happen, the lecturer must have enabled this function.

Every 30 minutes a script will run that synchronises  the members of the groups in PhUe with the private groups in Rocket.Chat. This happens at minutes 22 and 52.

Your account is only known to the system if you have logged in at least once. Only then can the synchronization script assign your account to the appropriate groups.

So you may have to wait up to 30 minutes after the very first login until your groups appear. You won't miss anything; all messages that were reported before you joined will be visible to you.

Why is the number of messages in conversations wrong?

The difference comes from the fact that some messages are hidden from you. These are messages of the type 'XXX has joined the Discussion' or 'XXX has left ...'. I switched off messages of this kind, because many channels or groups were full of such messages and you had to search for the actual messages.
But here again in detail.
In the group or channel a number of messages is shown in the overview. In this example 3:

However, when you open the conversation, only two messages appear:

When the 'has joined' and 'has left' display is turned on again, it appears:

Here are now three messages and you can see which one was hidden.
