Edit own teaching records

Here is a brief description of where and how the notification of your own teaching load can be processed.

The initial web address for this is:

https://uebungen.physik.uni-heidelberg.de/lehre

Log in there with your Uni-ID. If a message appears that your account is not registered, please contact your IT department or administration or the Dean's Office.

If not, the following menu should appear:

Show Data

The personal data stored about you (apart from your teaching record) is displayed.

Personal

Here you can change some details yourself. The information here determines the display on the person page of the faculty homepage.

Teaching

This is the place where you can view or adjust the reported or to be reported teaching. More information can be found below.

Semester List

This shows the total registered teaching over several semesters.

Settings

Settings can be made for language, mail dispatch, etc. Delegations can also be set up (who can edit your details in your place)
 

Teaching

After clicking on 'Teaching', the display could look like this:

First pay attention to the semester. Is the semester set for which you want to edit the teaching?

A big red link allows you to download the summary as a PDF file. This can be repeated at any time (e.g. after a change). 'show entries with 0 SWS' means that entries that do not count to the total sum are also listed.

Up to four Points can be shown:

  • More Lectures
  • Practical Courses
  • Thesis Supervision

Lectures from LSF/heiCO

The courses listed here were taken from LSF or heiCO. This list does not have to be complete. It is important that the SWS to be credited are correct. By clicking on 'Edit SWS settings', an input mask appears in which you can adjust the SWS details.

More Lectures

If any courses are missing in the above list, you can enter them here.

Practical Courses

The practical courses you supervised should appear here. This list was taken from the practical courses administration.

Thesis Supervision

This item only appears if a corresponding teaching authorization has been entered. The list shows the Bachelor's and Master's theses you have supervised. It is usually already transferred from LSF/heiCO. However, you can still edit them.
Please only include theses that have been successfully completed in the semester in question.
Please note that a maximum of 2 SWS can be counted.
